A British Columbian for life, Ranjit’s background includes being a REALTOR®, Arbitrator, Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant, Paralegal, Occupational Health and Safety Professional, and Red Seal Electrician. Ranjit has attended the University of British Columbia, Ryerson University, Vancouver Community College, British Columbia Institute of Technology, and Justice Institute of British Columbia.
Ranjit also sees himself as a defender of the environment where he put his legal skills to work as a Paralegal for the environment doing legal research for premier environmental law firms in Canada that carried on leading legal cases at the Provincial and Federal levels.
When his father went on his own, after many years as a Realtor®, and started his own real estate brokerage, Ranjit helped put together real estate sign boards as a youngster as early as 7 years old. At 10 years of age, Ranjit made cold calls and delivered flyers for his father’s brokerage. Being exposed to the real estate industry at such a young age, Ranjit has always held those precious learning years dear to him.
As an RCIC (Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant), Ranjit has witnessed firsthand the growth of local cities, including Surrey, BC, and how permanent residents and Canadian citizens alike are getting themselves into the housing market. With city growth comes demand in housing and commercial properties, and this is one of the reasons why Ranjit had become interested in helping buyers and sellers in the real estate markets across BC. Ranjit is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Ranjit strives to maintain a work-life balance by spending time with his family and friends. An avid martial artist, he believes in a holistic approach to life and centers himself with meditation. Ranjit currently resides in Surrey with his equally talented and successful wife and their four children.
Exceeding expectations is what sets Ranjit apart from everyone else. Whether it is through his community giving or him in a professional capacity, Ranjit gets results.
